I first met Ed when he was asked to write an article on me about blacksmithing for the Sherman newspaper. And I continue to see him at events in Sherman and Denison. He is a great storyteller and reading his book is even more fun when itŐs read with EdŐs cadence running in your head. At one of the festivals, they did an old time radio show on the courthouse steps as the evening entertainment. Even the commercials from the sponsors were a lot of fun.
Anyway, this is EdŐs book, just out, and itŐs a great read! Ed has created a great community (Cotton County) with interesting characters that go about normal life; the difference is the way Ed tells the story. I really enjoyed the book and hope you will also.
