A very nice couple was building a cabin in eastern Oklahoma. They were very adamant that no trees be cut to site the cabin, a daunting prospect in the middle of the woods. After much testing and sweat the builder concluded it was impossible and that one tree would have to be removed. That the tree not be removed in vain, the lumber was saved and used to create the fireplace mantle. Such a special mantle required a distinguished set of brackets that would showcase against the Austin Chalk fireplace.
